It will span nearly 700,000 square feet of space more than 1,000 exhibitors displaying every product and service there is that pertains to the baking industry.

The dress code varies from business attire to business casual to casual based on the business you plan to conduct at the show. We suggest dressing comfortably, but the dress code is strictly a personal preference.

11. Can I take pictures at the tradeshow?

Cameras are strictly prohibited on the show floor. Exceptions are authorized members of the media. Camera passes for media members are available in the Media Information Center in Room N115 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. To make arrangements in advance, contact Kate Blom-Lowery at [email protected].

12. What if I forget or lose my badge during the IBIE show?

Once a badge has been printed and mailed or picked up onsite, it will not be automatically re-printed on request. REPLACEMENT BADGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE FULL REGISTRATION FEE. Please come to the Registration Area at the Convention Center and ask to see a supervisor. You will be asked to show identification.

13. Are children and strollers permitted in the exhibit halls?

We regret that absolutely no children under 13 years of age (12 and younger, including infants in strollers or carried in a body carrier) are permitted on the exhibit floor. You must be 13 years or older to be on the show floor. This rule will be strictly enforced by IBIE Management for safety and insurance purposes. No exceptions will be made.

Proof of a child’s age may be required for show management to grant admission of the child to the IBIE show floor, including a birth certificate or official I.D. issued by a recognized governmental agency or school. Show management has the final decision on whether a child has permission to enter the IBIE show floor.

No exceptions will be made to grant IBIE show floor access to any children under the full and complete age of 13 as of the date of requested entry to the IBIE show floor.
